There's further information below on what's included in the 6-week programme. There's flexibility built into the design, so the sessions will still be tailored to your individual needs, and you are free to break away from the planned session theme at any time you choose.

I designed the Later & Greater 6-week programme with flexibility in mind, so the content can be adapted to meet the needs of the individual client. However, the basic structure is as follows:

Coaching is a very individual process and success depends upon a number of factors, e.g., the client's willingness to put into action what is agreed during coaching sessions. However, if you book the 6-week programme or a block, then decide it's not for you after the first couple of sessions, I'm happy to refund as per my policy.
Weekly sessions are recommended, particularly if you opt for the 6-week structured coaching programme. However, if your schedule doesn't allow for that, then they can be fortnightly. If it needs to be less frequent to fit in with your schedule, we can discuss it during our free discovery call.
I recommend everyone starts by booking a 30-minute discovery call with me, which is totally free of charge and there's absolutely no obligation to book. This call gives us a chance to introduce ourselves and decide if we're a good fit to work together.
A late-ADHD diagnosis can be a catalyst for reflection and change. For many people, including myself, diagnosis makes sense of the past, but along with that comes the desire for a more meaningful future.
