ADHD Coaching tends to be a blend of Values-Based Coaching and Mentoring.
Prices for ADHD Coaching are the same as my 1:1 Values-Based Coaching (after all, we'll be doing that, too!) and you click the same links to book. We can go through the details during a Discovery Call or first package session.
With ADHD Coaching, I'm here to help you fill in knowledge gaps you might have about the condition and offer practical solutions - but only YOU can answer the questions about how you feel, and what's truly important to you.
For example, you might want to know if something you're feeling could be related to ADHD, or want some tips on strategies to help you overcome a particular challenge.
