What is values coaching?

Therapy often focuses on healing your past, while coaching is all about creating your future. We'll look at where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there, step by step.

how is coaching different from therapy?

My ADHD coaching tends to be a blend of Values-based coaching and mentoring. For example, you might want to know if something you're feeling could be related to ADHD, or want some tips on strategies to help you overcome a particular challenge. As an ADHD Coach, I'm here to help you fill in knowledge gaps while at the same time asking the questions that help you discover what's truly important to you. 

Values coaching focuses on how your deeply held beliefs influence your choices, behaviours and overall life direction. Exploring your values - what is most important to you - can help you make more meaningful decisions, improve relationships and find greater fulfilment.
